The notification will include a list of the items and information missing from the application. An application will not be processed until it is considered complete. The date on which the application is deemed complete will be the submission date for the purpose of selecting a buyer and placement on the waitlist. 

The new homeowner will be subject to the terms of the deed restriction, including limiting the resale price and selling to an eligible homebuyer if the property is sold during the remaining term of the restriction.
