    Community Service Network, Inc. will be hosting an in-person face-to-face, Pre-Purchase First-Time Homebuyer  Course sponsored by Winchester Savings Bank.  The course will be held in Stoneham, MA 02180 

    The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays–March 31, 2025, April 2, 2025; April 7, 2025, and April 9, 2025. 

    ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE PRE-REGISTERED MAY ATTEND THIS COURSE. (Registrations must be received by noon Friday, March 28, 2025.)

    Each of the four sessions will be held from 6:00PM to 9:30PM.

    This course is designed to help people learn about obtaining a mortgage, credit, preparing for a down payment, getting ready to buy a house, working with a team of professionals, how to find “YOUR” house and how to find the best deal.  This course includes multi-family landlord-tenant education.

    Cost of the class is $50.00 individual or co-residing couple (household) taking the course together.

    Upon completion of the four sessions, attendees will be awarded Pre-Purchase First Time Homebuyer certificates, (valid 2 years from completion) participants must attend all four sessions and complete the required assignments to receive a certificate.
