To receive CHAPA and HUD certification Participants must attend all 3 series.  This training provides first-time homebuyers with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process. The interactive workshops involve detailed presentations from leading industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, and home insurance agent. Additionally, you will learn about the roadmap to homeownership, credit standards and how to be a successful homeowner.
