    This 4-hour course is excellent for anyone considering the purchase of a multi-unit property. We are offering these classes in two, 2-hour Zoom sessions starting promptly at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. each night.

    This course covers an overview of being a landlord, advertising your available unit to possible tenants, occupancy permit requirements, lead paint laws compliance, tenant screening and selection, the rental application process, the difference between Tenant at Will vs Leases, maintenance and record keeping, security deposit laws, evictions, and federal housing laws.
