    Project Genesis is a comprehensive series of training seminars for first-time homebuyers. It consists of 6 hours of instruction  In-Person session. Class will be held on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 from 8:00am-2:00pm at the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, 465 School Street, Lowell, MA 01854.

    The program is taught by MVHP staff as well as real estate professionals. Instructors include lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, real estate brokers, and Insurance agents. In this class we will go over the overview of the home-buying process, the mortgage application process, down payment assistance programs, the legal aspects of buying a home, etc.

    The cost of the course is $125 per household.
