    Project Genesis is a comprehensive series of training seminars for first-time homebuyers. This class is In-Person and consists of 6 hours of instruction. The class is held on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m in Lowell, MA.

    The program is taught by MVHP staff as well as real estate professionals. Instructors include lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, real estate brokers, and Insurance agents. In this class we will go over the overview of the home-buying process, the mortgage application process, down payment assistance programs, the legal aspects of buying a home, etc.

    The cost of the course is $125 per household.
