    Yes

    This is an CHAPA approved FTHB workshop. The workshop is through
    using the Zoom platform. There is light homework required to receive
    your certificate of completion to qualify for MassHousing, MHP One mortgage,
    FHA and other 39 year fixed mortgage loans.

    This is an online course. We communicate through email and use word documents
    for the homework required and forms to complete to receive your certificate of
