    Results in MA Homeownership Collaborative Certificate for First Time Homebuyer Programs?
    Yes

    This is a CHAPA certified approved First time Homebuyer workshop. This qualifies for
    MassHousing, MHP One Mortgage and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, & FHA 
    loan programs. Participant must attend all three evening of the workshop classes. 

    There is light homework to be able to completed to receive your certificate of completion. 
    You must be able to submit and complete word documents via email. The cost is $65/household.
