Larkwood is a new development located at 643 Church Street in Raynham, MA. This community will eventually consist of thirty-five (35) income restricted units. This is a lottery for the first eight (8) income-restricted units within Phase 1 at Larkwood. The income-restricted units will come in a variety of home styles, and all will offer 3 bedrooms. These 8 units will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. The condominiums are expected to be ready starting in the Winter of 2024/2025, and will continue to be built over the next several months.
