Jamaica Plain NDC and Causeway Development, in partnership with the City of Boston and MassHousing, are developing a limited-equity homeownership opportunity, Brookley Flats, located at 10 Stonley Road in Jamaica Plain. Brookley Flats is centrally located in a vibrant neighborhood near the Forest Hills MBTA Station and several bus routes. A stone's throw away from three great greenspaces: Southwest Corridor Park, Franklin Park, and the Arboretum.

At this time, there is one (1) accessible condominium unit available on a first-come, first-serve basis for sale.
